Steven M. Kelton

Established in 1999, Kelton Project Management, Inc. provides developers, owners, homeowner and condominium associations with professional process management services and representation. To date, Principal Steven M. Kelton who has over 43 years experience, has supervised process management of over 4 million SF of property and has been directly responsible for the successful completion of over One Billion Dollars in commercial, residential, and corporate projects. He has worked with many of the nation’s top developers, as well as regional and local property owners on a number of projects throughout South Florida. Some of the notable projects are Bayside Marketplace, CocoWalk, The Falls, Las Olas Riverfront, award winning projects La Cascade Condominium and Harbor Shops. Iconic residential projects have become the latest focus for Kelton Project Management. Mr. Kelton is a graduate of the University of Florida, with a bachelor’s degree in building construction, and is a state certified general contractor (inactive) since 1985 and accredited LEED Green Associate. He has provided expert witness professional services for mediation cases. Mr. Kelton has also been involved in a number of volunteer organizations serving on the Parkland Little League Board for 10 years and was a Advisory Board Member of the North Broward YMCA and recognized twice as the Volunteer of the Year.

Prior to forming Kelton Project Management, Mr. Kelton operated Kelton Construction Company, where the company specialized in renovating and re-positioning regional malls and shopping centers. They were also well known for rapid turnaround of retail stores and restaurants for a number of national brands. Specialized projects included one off custom homes.

Marshall I. Levy, RA

Marshall is registered architect in seven states and received his Masters in Architecture from Georgia Tech University. He also brings a wealth of knowledge as a senior project director with four decades of design, construction, and program management experience with15 years at Parson where he lead multibillion-dollar transportation, infrastructure, telecommunications, and institutional programs in the United States and the Middle East. Marshall has also worked on commercial and residential projects for private developers including Lennar Homes, Pulte Homes, and Harbor Shoppes. He's delivered design-build and design-bid-build programs from concept through commissioning, integrating architectural, building, rail, and communications systems with sustainability, constructability, and fire and life safety requirements.

Over a number of years and most recently Marshall has been a integral part of Kelton Project Management where he has managed custom homes, and provides a unique service where he performs a peer review of construction documents prior to the start of construction. This peer review has been instrumental in avoiding future coordination issue in the field.

Marshalls wealth of knowledge as both an Architect and Project Manager provides a rare perspective to all projects that Kelton Project Management is selected to oversee the successful completion.

He also carries a NCARB Certificate, and National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
